Daily Schedule for Onsite Learners

Monday - Thursday

Arrive between 8:30 am - 9:00 am

Complete academic work or learning expedition with mentor's guidance 9:00 am - 11:30 am 

Lunch 11:30 pm - 12:30 pm

Complete academic work or learning expedition with mentor's guidance  12:30 pm - 2:30 pm

Pick-up between 2:30 pm - 3 pm (Students may stay until 3:30 pm for tutoring if needed.)

Friday

Arrival and pick-up are scheduled as usual, but students participate in a group nature expedition all day.

Note: Students must pack their own lunches Monday - Friday.

 Daily Schedule for Online Students

Homeroom meets daily Monday - Thursday from 9:30 am - 10:30 am.in virtual  conference room. All students check in to discuss their assignments with their mentor and each other.

Office hours are daily Monday - Thursday from 11:00 am - 2 pm in virtual conference room. The mentor is available for students to check in as needed.

Private meetings may be scheduled at any time Monday - Friday.

 

                Monthly Schedule

                NCLA follows the calendar used by the Fulton County School System, but adds October 15, November 6, January 21, February 15 and February 18 as instructional days.

                In-person parent meetings will be scheduled in 30 minute intervals between the hours of 2:30 pm - 5:30 pm during the last week of every month.
